I had a fantastic stay, as the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect, right near the mall, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

The breakfast experience could be improved with warmer and fresher scrambled eggs.

Early check-in and excellent service. The rooms with a spoilt shower and Aircon, as example. Very polite and welcoming staff in the whole hotel. Location close enough to the biggest mall in JB mid valley southkey and shopping center and shopping options.

The hotel provided a comfortable base for my travels in Johor Bahru. the personnel were incredibly courteous and super friendly. - the location was very convenient, close to Mid Valley shopping mall, a variety of shopping and food options, and other malls as well.

The hotel was clean. The room was spacious and carpeted with a great view. The venue was in a perfect location, near the biggest mall in JB, Mid Valley Southkey, and a shopping center.

The whole hotel was clean and the staff was accommodating. A double room with toiletries was the best. the breakfast spread was tasty and awesome. the service was great and the pool was nice. the location was good for me, near to mid valley. Plus, it was just off the mall and other shops, shopping centre and easy access and Johor. Everything here was modern, I would want to stay there again.

During our recent stay at Opero Hotel Southkey, we were impressed with the excellent location, just a short walk from Mid Valley Mall. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The lobby was welcoming and the staff were consistently polite and friendly. The hotel also offered a good gym for those looking to stay active during their stay.
